3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, Naseej Digital retains:

• The right to display completed work in our portfolio
• Ownership of preliminary designs, concepts, and working files
• Rights to any pre-existing materials, templates, or tools used in the project
• Rights to methodologies, processes, and techniques developed by us

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be suspended for overdue accounts
• All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided and our current workload. Delays caused by late feedback, additional requests, or circumstances beyond our control may extend the timeline. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes to the project scope may incur additional fees. Major scope changes will require a new agreement and timeline.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any confidential information shared during the course of our engagement will be kept private and not disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Naseej Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client is responsible for payment for work completed to date
• Naseej Digital will provide work completed up to the termination date
• Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and Morocco as applicable. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in San Sebastián, Spain or Casablanca, Morocco.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
